My windows will not stay up due to shoe detached from balance spring. The hook on the end is broke off.

Thanks for posting! This window balance shoe has a similar appearance to the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, with an open cam. However, I'll need to see a photo of the end of the balance, where the shoe installs, to confirm that ours would be compatible.
