Balance spring vertical window

Question

the window is located in a bedroom.

I need a channel balance for a non-tilt veritical window. The channel is 1/2" wide and has stamped on it "25 5" and "BSI TR". the channel's length 25.5" (measured metal channel only and did not include the attachments". the bottom fitting does have a roller, so I guessing it is an extended-travel model. I will need two balances (only one is broken, but was told best to replace both).

The house was built in 2007 by Pulte and is in Mountain View, CA.
