Balance spring vinyl single hung window

Hello I have a broken balance spring and took it out and the only markings I found were as follows

29-3 0113 VBS

Can you help identify

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but the stamp only tells us the spring strength, not the balance series that you need. We'll need to see a picture of the balance as well to recommend a replacement for you. Thank you!

The metal piece measures 30"
As stated prior 29-3 0113

Thanks for getting back to me! It's a bit hard to make out the bottom nylon fitting in your photos. Does it lack the 'wings' on the side that the top nylon fitting has? If so, you need our S395-30. You can select a stamp option of 2930. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes the fitting does have side wings.
