The balance springs are stamped with the number 2920.
I also need the plastic end pieces as shown in the picture.

Stamped "2920 ".
I am also looking for the plastic end pieces.

Hi there. We'd like for you to compare your current channel balance to our S380-20. Does this look like it could work for you? If so, you would go with the 2920 option. As for your sash guide, take a look at our 18-161. Confirm this is a replacement for you by looking over the measurements and see if it matches up with yours.
