Balance spring and pulley for okder Milgard single hung vinyl bathroom window

Need to replacement balance springs but not sure what part for window dont know window model number but it is an older Milgard window.

This window balance is similar to the S380-15 or the S385-15. To determine which of these is the correct match, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.

You'll need to select the 1450 stamp option on the website. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 13 to 17lbs.
