We'd also like to know the length of the tube itself. Lastly, can you confirm the color of the tube? I can draft a price quote once we have these details.

There is no marking whatsoever on the plastic tube. The length of the tube is 23 1/2 inches exactly, not counting the plastic cap or hook. The plastic cap is white.

Thank you kindly for getting back to us. In that case, we will need the precise weight of the sash. The outer tube appears to be black or gray but it's hard to say which color for sure from these photos. Could you confirm that for us?

The tube is plastic and is dark gray. I am not able to remove and weigh the sash.

I'm afraid we won't be able to help without the sash weight. Since there isn't a stamp, the weight of the window sash is needed and we can't move forward without it, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
