Balance springs and top sash guide

A contractor from Texas says:

I need 4 channel balance springs I believe 351 the number on them is 2810 my windows weigh
9.7 pds (16"X 29") it measures 29" long 1/2" wide and 5/8" tall They are Jordan windows 28 years old I think the sash is a 18-166?? and I need six of these

The Series 351 comes with the 19-002 top and 15-005 bottom, so as long as those match what you have then you should be good to go. As for the top sash guide, see how well the dimensions of the 18-166 match what you have.
