Balance stamp

Balancer's are stamped with 2318. What weight window is this rated for? The window itself must weigh about 60 lbs.

60 pounds is extraordinarily heavy. I'm not sure if we have anything that can support that kind of weight, especially for the S385-24 you were looking at. Can you confirm the exact weight of your sash?

Can you also confirm that the S385-24 is what you need? If it's not, or if you aren't sure, show us one photo of the top nylon attachment and one photo of the bottom nylon attachment. While you're at it, we may as well see the stamp just to be sure. There may be some clue that will tell us what you have.

Knowing the exact weight of the sash is paramount, though. We will definitely need that before we continue. Let me know whenever you can.
