Balance stamped 28 C " B

Question

Greetings,
I believe the part I need is the 29" Series 378 Channel Balance.
My broken items measure 29" long (metal edge to edge) 9/16" wide, and 7/8" bottom plastic bracket.
Not sure if I need anything more than the 2040 option.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If the bottom shoe is 7/8" deep, you'd want the Series 378. The 28C stamp likely corresponds to the 2830 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 16 to 23 pounds, but you can weigh the window sash to confirm it falls within this weight range.
