Upper part of clip worn off. The small hole is for the string upper was for the that went the frame I have had 4 brake ion the past 6 months these are renew by Anderson . They are 12 years old renew will not help me they are past the warranty i think I am heading into trouble oh I forgot these are upper sash.i hope you can help me out thank you for helping me out. Top of the hook is worn or broke off it attaches to the side of the upper sash window frame 4 have broke in the past 3 months do you have anything I can use I have looked at terminal hook part no.15-043 looks close let me know how you make out

Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the clip alone. We will need to see photos of the entire balance.

Ballast is 22 in long by 5/8 thick

Thanks for the added photos. Your balance looks like the Andersen 200 Series Tilt-wash Balance. You will need to go to Renewal by Andersen for assistance; this is not the same as Andersen itself. That said, if your balance is otherwise undamaged and you just need the screw-on clip, I'm happy to say that I was wrong: you should be able to use something like our 19-043. Take a look and see what you think.
