Balance tip color not seen

The color of my 35" or 36"3/8" Spiral Tube Tilt Window balance cannot be determined. The bottom (tilting part) measures 36" high and 32" wide. The brand name of these vinyl windows is not obvious.
I need help in ordering the correct window balance.

Can you tell me the weight of the window sash? That is the best way to determine what color tip option you need.

The sash weighs 20 pounds.

Great. Now, if you look at the chart on our S900-36 page, you can see that two of these balances with Red Tips can carry a window sash weight of 7 through 22 pounds. I think that's your best option.
