I couldn't find a balance top that looked like a match, any help appreciated! Thanks

Hello,

We have recommended our 18-172 to a customer with a similar top sash guide in the past. Take a look and see how the dimensions below. The one thing that I can't account for is the offset of the screw hole in your guide. If the dimensions match up, you may still need to drill a new hole in the 18-172 to install it.
