Need a replacment balance tube 27" by 3/8" the color is missing possibly red

I belevie it to be a S400-27 just wanting to make sure.

Based on the 3/8" diameter, I agree that the S400-27 resembles your original balance. Since there is no colored tip visible, you will need to obtain the weight of the sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to confirm which color is needed.
