27 4 Balance verification

Fisher appears to be brand of window. Approx. 12 years old. I need both balances and want to make sure I get right part. A customer already removed them so all I have is this one balance. The clip in window track is about 1.25 inches long and 1/4" inch wide,( from memory). I have more pictures if needed but none of the clip. Single hung.

Based on your pictures, I would recommend our S395-28 channel balance with a 2740 option. Please review this hardware and let me know what you think.
