I do not have any hardware. There is nothing to
compare to. 1 window, no balance either side.
I purchased the 1 in photo through Swisco{my mistake}
is 13" end to end of metal The glass in sash is 15".
The plastic pieces of balance purchased,have those wings?
The ends I believe should be flush with balance

If the channel balances are missing and you wanted to determine the length, you would measure the height of the visible glass and add 1". If your visible glass height is 15", then you'd pick a 16" balance.
The bad news is that we can't determine what Series you need without the original balances as a reference. There are just too many options and we have no way of narrowing them down. I'm afraid your guess is as good as ours. If you know who made the window, that might help.
