Balance with 2090 Stamp

Question

I work for Pella and have a customer who wants to replace the sash balance on a single hung window. The number on the balance is 2090 28
I've attached photos of the backside as well.
Bottom Fitting is 3/4 inch or 1 inch.
Just spoke with my resident expert, he said the bottom Tabs didn't break off.

Thanks for your post! The balance you have here is the S395-21. The shoe on the bottom should measure 1-1/8" deep, like the 15-001 that comes on this balance.

I'm not able to cross-reference your stamp with our available options. That said, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash. There is a chart below the product description of the balance that lists the weight range each stamp can support.
