Balance with extended shoe

I have attached photos of a sash balance I need to replace. The balance length (metal only) is shy of 28 inches (approx 27 3/4"). I need help identifying the part on your website so I can purchase 5 new balances. Thank you!

Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. The metal channel should measure 27-7/8", though. Can you double-check and confirm this for us?
