Hello,

Your balance resembles the S795-14 but you'll need to confirm that an undamaged balance has the same closed cam as the 15-195 used with this assembly. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which strength option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
