Balance and pivot

I am looking for a balance and pivot for one of my windows. The Balance is 17 inches long. I believe it is a ply gem window but I'm not sure.

Thanks for posting. We should be able to help you with this via custom order, I just need one last piece of information. Please tell me what stamp is printed on the balance's metal channel. From there, we can work on a replacement.

As for the tilt bar, see our 26-366.

That's odd. With a stamp like 28C, the metal channel should be 28" long, not 17" long. Can you please confirm the length of the balance's metal channel? Thanks!
