Balance and pivot bar

Thanks for your post! Your tilt window spiral balance can likely be replaced with the 3/8" S900-31 but I advise double checking the tube diameter to be sure.

This balance is not made in a black tip option but you may be able to use the yellow tip. It will support a sash weighing 24 to 34lbs. You'll need to weigh the sash to determine if its weight falls between that range.

Regarding the pivot bar, I'll need to see an undamaged one to identify it. I'll need to see the placement of the installation holes to determine the best recommendation.
