Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like a tilt window, so you'd want the 3/8" S900 or 5/8" S600, depending on the outer tube's diameter. You'll also need to refer to the old spiral tip color to confirm which option to select.

As for the pivot shoe, the 15-134 comes to mind, but you'll want to remove the old one and compare the specifications to see if they match up.
