Balance and pivot shoe for pat# 3.055.062

Just bought this house and the window balance is broken. It's the only double hung in the house rest are sliders. Please let me know if you can help me with this thanks.

Hello,
We'd like to help but we'll need to see a less damaged pivot shoe to determine the correct replacement. There should be one on the other side of the window that is hopefully in better shape. As for the balance, we'll need to see the entire thing, including the tube that the spiral comes out of and the end of the spiral. We'll also need the length of the metal tube. There should also be a colored tip at the end of the tube that tells you the strength the spiral needs to keep your window up. Thank you!
