Balance and rod ?

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as the exact width and thickness of the shoe written out, to compare to our inventory. 

As for your balance, you'll need to confirm the length and if the diameter of the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" to choose between the S900 and S600 spiral balances. There should also be a colored piece of plastic at the base of the tube that you'll use to choose the corresponding color option. Thank you!
