Balance and sash guide replacement parts

Question

26-4 EN5 CMC 41 27" length of metal and 5/8" width it fits into a Stepped Sash Guide, Alpine product number 18-171. The actual sash size is 34 1/4" w x 28 5/8" h. I'll be needing about 10 balances and a couple of the sash guides. I've broken them when attempting to remove the balances so if you have a video or instructions on replacing these parts that would be very helpful. Thank you. Karen

Hi Karen, thanks for writing in. This appears to be either our S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. The Series 380 has a shoe depth of 1"; the Series 385 has a deeper shoe at 1-3/32". See the image below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for the stamp option go with 2640. Let me know if you have further questions.
