Balance and tackle for 15D (?) aluminum single hung window - balance channel measures 16"

Have 15 single hung aluminum windows that are all messed up, balances and tackle are in bad shape and broken. Desperately need parts to make windows function again. They are in various stages of not sliding well and I thing replacing these parts will give it new life. The only part number I could find stamped in the metal was 15D. Thank you so much for your help, Jeanie

Hi, Jeanie!

It looks like you have either our S351-16 , with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-16 , with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. Based on your 15D stamp, you'll need the 1540 strength option for your replacement balances.

OMG THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!! I had several window companies come to my house and the cost for them to fix my windows - which I might add are otherwise in fantastic shape, was in excess of $400 per window! I simply cannot afford that. Your help is greatly appreciated!!
