Balance and tilt latch parts

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
Hello

Looking for balance and tilt latches for the windows pictured. The only identification I could find is the installer label from Window Wizard.

Thank you

Chuck

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Chuck. See our 26-228 and 26-229 Tilt Latches. Look over the dimensions and see if these match what you need. The balance appears to be an old rod balance that is no longer made; however it likely can be replaced with one of our tilt window channel balances. To know which, please remove the old balance and show us pictures of whatever shoe, clip, or attachment is at the bottom. Its identity will determine the balance you need.
