Balance and top sash guide

A home owner from USA says:
Hey There,

There are 3 things maybe you can help me with:

1-2: need to replace 4 balancers for two different size windows:

1st Window:
C31
32inches long
needs the plastic ends

2nd window:
3530_BSI
36inches long
needs the plastic ends

And 3: the window with 31C balancers has a broken plastic that holds the balancer in place on the top, please see images -WINDOW_31C_BrokenPlasticOnWindow_01 - 04
I would need X2.

I would need them by June 7th. Let me know if you can help.

Thanks for posting. From your photos, it looks like you have a Fiberlux window. See our S350-36 with a 3530 stamp option. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom. Just make sure these match up to what you have. For the top sash guide, consider our 18-073.
