Thanks so much for your help identifying the parts I need for the Alcan window measuring 53"x62" high.
I believe the parts I need are two (2) complete 1/2" channel balances and two (2) white top sash guides. Unfortunately, mine are missing, so I'll rely on your expertise to send the correct ones.

Thank you for your response, but I need eight (8) brown top sash guides, and at least one (1) S-380 1/2? channel balances to replace the one 2930 I have, but prefably two (2) to replace both side balances of the 53?x62? window.
Since it took so long to hear back from your company about the window hardware, a window repair person is coming to look at it today at 1:00 EST. If you are able, please let me know the cost (with shipping) on the items I mentioned and when I can expect delivery. I?m closing on this house 7/2, so I need the parts ASAP.

I'm afraid those top sash guides are not available in brown. We only carry them in white and black. All pricing can be found on each part's specific store page. Shipping time and cost will depend on what you select during checkout, as we have many different delivery options.
Didn't you say you had a stamp of "2930"? That's the code it's asking for. You seem to be looking at 19" balances, but I was assuming based on "2930" that you actually needed a 30" balance. Measure and see which balance you need. If it's 30", choose S380-30 and use the 2930.
