How to measure the length of the Series 500 spiral balance.

It looks like the top and bottom fittings attach to the sides of the sash. We can't make any guarantees without seeing intact versions of the original hardware but take a look at the 18-001 top guide and 17-026 bottom bracket to see if the specifications would work for your application.
