Take a look at the S500-17 spiral balance for non-tilt windows. If you need new bottom clips and top guides, our full selection can be found here. If you could get back to us with additional photos of intact guides removed from an identical window, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
It looks like the top and bottom fittings attach to the sides of the sash. We can't make any guarantees without seeing intact versions of the original hardware but take a look at the 18-001 top guide and 17-026 bottom bracket to see if the specifications would work for your application.
