Hi need to find replacement balancer for Windows on the balance is written 28c

User submitted photos of a window balance.

Based on your photos, the bottom balance shoe depth looks to be 1-1/8". If so, I would recommend that you use S390-29 Channel Balance. The spring weight code 28C that you are referencing translates to our 2830 option. Let me know what you think!

I thought it was the s351 because I measure the bottom show and it meassure 1

If the bottom shoe is only 1" deep, instead of 1-1/8", then the Series 351 would be the way to go. I was just eyeballing your shoe, so definitely follow your measurements.
