Thanks for posting! I believe we may be have a recommendation for a balance replacement but I cannot make any guarantees, based on the information. That said, I'll need to gather a few more details.

To start, may I please see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on the balance? I'll also need to see any of the other compatible hardware this channel interacts with; there is a chance it may be left behind in the window.
