I sent a picture of the three different things we need for my window so it will stay open. I was told my windows are truth windows not sure if that's correct. Just looking to get this window fixed where I can stay open.

Hello,
Your channel balances resemble the S770. You'll need to measure the length and locate the stamp code on your assembly to choose the corresponding strength option.

We also offer the 15-167 pivot shoe and 26-377 pivot bar. Take a look and compare the specifications below to intact version of your hardware. Also, note that Truth manufactures hardware but not the actual window. Thanks for posting!
