Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement channel balances you need. However, to confirm the correct replacement balances, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Unfortunately, the stamp from the balance does not indicate the type of balance you need. It only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.

To properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.

If this is a tilt window, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need to see the space in the window channel where the hook connects.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Thanks for the photos. Your balances look a like our S380-30 with a 1" shoe or our S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll need to select the 2910 stamp for a sash weighing 7 to 12lbs.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If your depth measurement is 7/8", please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Okay, great. As confirmed, you'll need the Series 380 balance since you have a 1" shoe.

Please let me know if there is anything else I might be able to assist with.

Have a great day!
