Old number is 28C USB.

Looks like I need a S380 but don't know the weight of the sash.

I could weigh it but it is half way accross town.

If your stamping on your balance does not appear to match any of our stamped options, the only option would be to weigh your window sash and use the sash weight range chart on the Series 380 channel balance page to select the best option for the weight amount.

You may also forward us over some photos for us to review to see if the Series 380 channel balance is in fact the best match for your existing balance.

Another note
If you confirmed Series 380 was the correct type and the metal channel measures 29", the 28C typically translates to 2830. The weight ranges are on the product page, if you have any trouble let us know!
