Hi there!

Before we get started, we'll need to see some pictures of the top nylon fittings on your balance. I can only see the bottom fittings in the picture above. Take a look at the video I've attached for you, it'll go over exactly what we'll need to see.

Thank you for the additional pictures! 

For this balance, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom fitting, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" fitting. 

Is there a stamp on your metal channel? If not, you'll need to remove and weigh your sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S380 and S385's product page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.

I noticed there's another balance in your initial picture, if you'd like us to identify it, we'll need to see the top and bottom nylon fittings as well.
