I have an Andersen window from 1988. I believe it is a 200 series Narroline. I need to replace the balancers in several windows. Can you please let me know what I need?

Hello, Jody. Your balance appears to have a "10#31" stamp on the bottom edge there. Can you confirm?

If so, then you can use our 24-1033 as a replacement. But only if that stamp reads "10#31," so you definitely want to check that.
