Balancer

Question

Hello. It looks like the two balancers I have in one window are different. One is stapled in with 1027 stamped on it. The other is screwed in with 637 stamped on it. Just wanted to check if this is ok. Am wondering if one was replaced at some point before we bought the home and wrong balancer was as used. Thanks.

Hey there, thanks for writing in. It sounds like you are searching for Andersen window balances. For the balance stamped with 1027, you'll need the 24-1033 and for balances stamped with the 637, you'll need the 24-637.

These balances can be used for both the left and right side of the window.
