Hello! This looks like a pretty typical tilt window spiral balance. You have only one of two options, depending on the diameter of the outer tube: either the 3/8" Series 900 or the 9/16" Series 600.

I personally think yours is the larger version, the Series 600, but you should measure your outer tube to verify.

Ok I measured it and it's 7/16 and it's has a blue tip

I've never heard of a 7/16" diameter balance before. I'm afraid that's not a size we offer. The only options available are 3/8" and 9/16".

Make sure you're measuring the outer tube, which in your case is the white nylon sleeve. If you're measuring the spring itself then you're not going to get an accurate size.
