We'd be happy to help but your assembly looks a bit different than our standard spiral balances. To get started, we'd like you to confirm if there is a stamp code printed your your balance tube. Thank you! 

Thank you for confirming. We'll also need to know the length of the plastic tube to determine the correct replacements. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to supply these balances in 16-1/4" lengths. We can only offer them with 16-1/2" housing tubes and it would need to be a custom order since we do not carry them as stock options. The tubes will come in dark gray. 

If you would like to give them a try despite the difference in length, we will need to confirm the exact weight of the sash that your balances support. We'll also need to know the number of balances you'd like to order, with the minimum being two. Keep in mind that since these balances need to be custom-ordered, they cannot be returned for a refund.

We also offer the 16-022 tamper lok that resembles the part attached to your spiral balance. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours.
