The 15-216 is similar to yours. See the measurements below to compare to yours. This shoe is generally used with the custom 28" Series 770 with the 15-044 attached to the cord. With that being said, your balance appears to use the same 15-043 terminal clip used with the stock S770-28 channel balances. Look over the related parts to see which options you'd like to go with. Also, note that the 28G strength option that correlates with your stamp will support a sash between 36-40 lbs. Thank you!
