I am looking for replacement balancer. 2940 c BSI stamped on metal. Photos attached to help describe part. Measures 30" metal only x 1/2 x 5/8 approximately.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That should be located around the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly! I recommend our S380-30 or S385-30. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2940 stamp option for the replacements.

Very similar to your S380 but the shoe on mine measures 7/8" not 1". Photos attached.

We have the 15-029 shoe which measures 7/8" deep. This doesn't come with any of our stock balances but we can still help via custom order. Can you tell me the number of balances you're looking to replace? I can get the ball rolling from there.
