Hi there!

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. Your balance looks like it may be a match for the S351-29 or S390-29 with the 2830 stamp option. These balances come attached with the 19-002 wingless top fitting, but the important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
