Thanks for reaching out. Your balance shoe reminds me of an older version of the 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe. You may need to shave down the aligners on the shoe so that they'll install properly in the window. To confirm that this is the right fit for your repairs, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

You'll need the S170-408 Coiled Balance Spring to replace your existing coils.

There is chance your existing pivot bars may not be compatible with this shoe. I'll need to see a photo of it to confirm the best option.
