Thanks for posting. The metal channel, not including attachments on both ends, is 30" long, correct? If so, this looks like either the S351-30 or S390-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.
