Hello, I’m looking for some guidance identifying this sash balance. I have the existing housing, but I’m having trouble locating the correct replacement part.
Most of the balances I’m finding online have a hole in coil, while the one I’m trying to replace does not. I’m not sure if that difference is significant or if there’s a compatible replacement available.
Any help identifying the correct balance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hey there. Can you show me the pivot shoe these coil balance springs attach to? The pivot shoe identity will narrow all else down. Many thanks.

Perfect, thanks. This is a 15-102 Coil Balance carrier, it works with the Series 145 Coil Balance springs. The video below explains how to choose the proper spring weights for the new springs. Let us know if you have further questions!
