Balancer

Question

Ordered exactly the same size as the existing ones. Went over the install video but we are still having problem installing
See the attached photo of the old balancer

Took measurements from top of the frame from inside to the hole in the frame =22". From the bottom frame to the hole is 25 3/4" from inside. The balance we ordered and Recieved is 25"
Would appreciate if you can give us some guide lines

I'm not sure what the problem can be. What problem are you running into during installation, exactly? Is the metal channel for the new balances the same length as that for the old balance? How about the nylon caps on either end, are those the same as on the old balance?
