Balancer Caps

Question

Hello...I need help finding the model number for the plastic caps that screw down on top of these window balancers...the model numbers of balancers installed were 2830 and 3030. Thank you

Looks like you have a Rollyson window. The top sash guides look like our 18-124P, while the could be our S371-29 with an option of 2830, as well as our S371-31 with an option of 3030. Please compare this hardware to your own to confirm.
