We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we can begin, can you show me a picture of the metal clip or hook at the end of the cord? Can you also show me the stamp printed on the metal channel? Finally, how many did you need?

I am going to need 4 (for two windows). I also need some snap-in glazing, so it would be great to wrap all of this into one order. Let me know if you need anything else! Thanks for the help.

As for that glazing, I'd be happy to identify it for you. If you can remove a small sample and show me a clear picture of its end profile, I will do my best to find a match. Knowing the size of the end profile would also be a big help. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here. You may find a match, and if not you can at least get a good idea of what kind of information we need.
