I have a non-tilt single hung that and I need replacement balancers. The current balancer is stamped "Caldwell IQ 27-5." The metal rod is 27 7/8 inches long. I need help with the right replacement part. Thanks, Ray

Hi there!
We appreciate your patience during this busy season. Can you show us an undamaged version of your top fitting? We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
Based on your stamp, the metal channel should measure 28" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us?

Perfect. Thank you, Ray! I recommend you have a look at the S395-28 with the 2750 stamp option. This balance comes attached with the 19-005 winged top fitting and 15-001 1-1/8" deep wingless fitting. Review the specifications and let me know if you have any questions.
