It looks like you have a non-tilt window. With that in mind, see the 5/8" diameter Series 500 and 17-012 bracket (sold separately). You will also need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper tip color for your replacements. There's a chart under the product description on the S500-35 store page that you can use as a reference.
